Renter Pre-Screening Form

Renter Qualifications:

Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent
No prior evictions
Must pass background check
Minimum credit score of 600 preferred
Work and previous rental references required upon formal application
No smoking in the units

Please complete the following questionnaire in order to be pre-qualified for a rental home. If you meet the qualifying standards, you will be contacted by our leasing agent to schedule a showing.

After the showing, if you'd like to complete a formal application, you will complete a background check and provide proof of income for every adult applicant.
