Why should I rent from Indiana House Rentals?

We pride ourselves on providing well-maintained, quality homes in desirable neighborhoods. Our properties undergo regular maintenance and updates, and we offer responsive property management services. We're committed to creating a positive rental experience for all our tenants.

What if I don't see any houses listed?

If you don't see any current listings, join our waitlist! We regularly update our available properties, and being on the waitlist ensures you'll be among the first to know about new listings. Plus, you never know when the next rental will be coming available - maybe just in time for your move-in date.

What are your application requirements?

  • Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent
  • No prior evictions
  • Must pass background check
  • Minimum credit score of 600 preferred
  • Work and previous rental references required upon formal application
  • No smoking in the home

Do you accept Section 8 or housing vouchers?

Yes, we do accept Section 8 and other housing vouchers. We work with various housing assistance programs to make our properties accessible to qualified applicants. Please mention your voucher status when applying.

Are any of your homes for sale?

No, all of our properties are currently available for rent only. We focus exclusively on providing quality rental housing options in the area.

What are the move-in fees?

Our standard move-in fees include first month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Depending on the service you apply through, they may charge an application fee, but that does not go to us. Additional fees may apply for pets. All fees will be clearly outlined in your lease agreement before your move-in.
